I am a Mom I got fat when I got a sit down job for 4 years stoped exercizing and had a baby. When my baby was 2 years old I decided to start doing something. I tryed running and it just was not my thing. I did aerobics for a while and got down to a size 18 and then I found it was depressing me becuse I was no longer going down in size and I was not loosing weight. I needed to do something else. so I just quit. I got up to a size 24-26 and decided something had to be done. it could not be something that I just got all excited about and then have a let down, because this had to be a life change. something inside me had to change. I love to dance. when I dance I don't feel like I am exercizeing. but my husband wont do it with me any more. this depresses me a lot. so I had to take it into myself to find something else that I can do, I don't exactly need to like it. I just half to want to do it for me. because I like the way it makes me feel and I like the way it makes me look stuff like that. I decided to see if I could run a hole mile. and I did. but then the way back I had to walk most of the time picking up the pace every once in a while. one of the reasons I run is because I have a dog that needs exercize as well so it is a good thing for bolth of us. felt good today went in the morning I might do another 2 tonight. I am thinking about it .

2 and a bit I am not sure how far we went but I felt it was important just to get out and there was so much to do.   so I walked/ran to the baloon fest and we got there to late so I just kept going down to the prade route to see what the rules were and see if there was a place we could set our chairs out.  ran down to 5th north  and then ran most of the way back home. I pushed it a little more then I wold have.  I think I ran more then a mile.

not sure didn't run much at all .   ran some not sure if it counts.

we also rode our bikes to every conseaiveable event that there was yesterday.  baloons, prade, arts festivle, fireworks.  half the time I was toeing a bike traylor with at least 40 lbs of kid it it.  feeling like I need to get back to work.

b4 run was sleeping wanted to keep sleeping. 

after run felt good with more energy

I feel better today.  running does make me feel better.  if  I don't run then I just stay in bed  and sleep a lot untill I am forced out of bed by my dog or my son.
