I am a Mom I got fat when I got a sit down job for 4 years stoped exercizing and had a baby. When my baby was 2 years old I decided to start doing something. I tryed running and it just was not my thing. I did aerobics for a while and got down to a size 18 and then I found it was depressing me becuse I was no longer going down in size and I was not loosing weight. I needed to do something else. so I just quit. I got up to a size 24-26 and decided something had to be done. it could not be something that I just got all excited about and then have a let down, because this had to be a life change. something inside me had to change. I love to dance. when I dance I don't feel like I am exercizeing. but my husband wont do it with me any more. this depresses me a lot. so I had to take it into myself to find something else that I can do, I don't exactly need to like it. I just half to want to do it for me. because I like the way it makes me feel and I like the way it makes me look stuff like that. I decided to see if I could run a hole mile. and I did. but then the way back I had to walk most of the time picking up the pace every once in a while. one of the reasons I run is because I have a dog that needs exercize as well so it is a good thing for bolth of us. when I ran today I did the best I could.

I did a little better then I did yesterday gold star for me. 

I feel as long as I keep improveing that I can keep going.

we don't run on sundays we just went for a little family walk.  it was good just to get out.

I had my brothers kids all day and went swiming with them

I had an upper body work out in the pool

Had low energy today; by 3:00 I didn't even want to move.  It took my little sister coming over and starting to line dance in my living room to get my energy level back up.  And then I finally went running.

I almost made a mile running, but it was slow.  I then ran/walked the rest of the way home.

this morning was wierd.  Sasha accidentally hit the redial on his phone, and it called my phone.   this was what I needed to get me out of bed.  I called him back becuse I didn't know why Sarah would call me at this odd hour.  It was 6 am.  Oddly enough Sasha answerd the phone we spoke for a minute, he said go running and within a few minutes I had my dog and was out the door. 

I am so glad that all of you keep the comments coming because if I am to continue I need the support.  it makes me feel good to get a lot of email.

I will not have another comment till monday because I am going Camping for the weekend I will try on saturday to get a lot of exercise canoeing and hikeing.  till then CU all Later.

went canoeing and hikeing no running tho.

I am not sure how to count the milage for hikeing and I have no idea about canoeing

ran/walked not sure why couldn't run the first mile.  tryed slower and not enough stamana to finish even first mile.  what is wrong with me.  I also don't like the fact of all the smoke in the air it doesn't help my asthma any.     any helpfull hints would be good.  thanks guys keep up the comments it makes me feel better about what I am doing, to have support.

I am finally back to running one mile all of the way and then I started into my second mile and within a few short steps started walking.

I am not sure what was wrong the other days.  I think just being consistant is a good thing.

it is a good thing

+ I did a hole lot of yard work pushing the tiller and the lawn mower. and planting flowers and running the weed eater which took me most of the morning.
